Fire Pit Warranty
Your fire pit includes a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty on Carbon Steel Fire Pits, and a 100 year warranty on Stainless Steel Fire Pits for structural integrity during that time frame for the original purchaser.
If a fire pit from Fire Pit Art is found to be defective, Fire Pit Art reserves the choice to either repair or replace the product and a product that is either the original, or one that is of equal value or its equivalent, free of charge. This warranty excludes any and all applicable shipping and handling charges. If the product being warrantied has been discontinued, the replacement product will be of equal or similar value.
Altering any Fire Pit Art fire pit or any of our products in any way other than the intended use, will void this warranty.
No warranty is offered on the Iron Oxide Patina finish or the “rust” finish. Steel products will develop natural Iron oxide Patina over time.
No warranty is offered on the painted black finish.
The original purchaser must provide photos of the product’s defect(s) to CustomerService@FirePitArt.com, for evaluation. Upon approval of the claim, Fire Pit Art will issue a return for repair, or return for exchange of the defective product.
This warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by accident, misuse, negligence, tampering, or modifications. Saltwater environments are excluded from this warranty. Fire Pit Art cannot be held responsible or liable for any injury or death due by the misuse of this product.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by either proper or improper use of our products to any surrounding surfaces, structures, or furnishings. This includes, but is not limited to, discoloration or damage to a patio or deck surface, furniture, house, or any other structure.
Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.
Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase.
Burner Warranty
HPC Fire Inspired warranties product against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct operation of the product commencing from the date of original sale / shipment from HPC. The warranty on parts and in-house labor will apply only to claims presented to us by our original customer and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Please refer to the Warranty Chart below for warranty periods.
AWEIS Warranty
Electronic Ignition Systems (Field Serviceable AWEIS Mini, SC, HC, XHC, SUBEIS Mini, SC, HC,
Vulcan Fire Module, Tiki Torches): All Field Serviceable AWEIS and SUBEIS systems are warranted
for (1) year from date of purchase for Commercial Applications and (3) years from date of purchase for
Residential Applications provided the product has not been modified, abused, misused or improperly
installed, maintained or repaired during such period. Fire by Design, at its discretion, will either repair or
replace the defective product. If one of the Field Serviceable parts of an AWEIS or SUBEIS fails a
replacement part will be provided at no charge to the customer. Labor cost to replace the failed field
serviceable is not covered under this warranty. If a part other than a Field Serviceable part fails that part
will be replaced or repaired at no charge to the customer. Vulcan Fire Modules and Automated Tiki
Torches are warranted for (1) year from the date of purchase. The original purchasing information such
as an invoice or product serial number is required on all warranty returns.
Refunds
Gas components are not eligible for refund if they have been installed or used.
Fire pits that have been used / held a fire are not eligible for refund.
Refunds are issued after the return has been received and inspected at the manufacturing location. All shipping costs will be deducted from the total prior to refund.
Custom pieces are not eligible for refund.
Once payment is taken, any modified and / or powder coated pieces are considered custom work and not eligible for refund.
Artisan Spark Guard Warranty
Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art. All though we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit. Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user.
Although it may rust the fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the frame work is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art.
Although we do not get returns, please feel free to call or email at any time if you should have questions before or after your purchase. It is our belief that our fire pits will be passed along for generations and decades to come. Enjoy!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Fire Pit Art® covers a portion of your freight charge, and will show up as free when you place your order and pay. Once your order is built and is ready to ship, we run your order with our carriers for the best shipping options available. Most shipments are covered, though occasionally we will have to reach out for additional funds to cover the shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
